-About-
Beat Blast is a simple rhythm game inspired by Just Shapes & Beats made for the first Brainless Mini-Game Jam. It's a game about dodging obstacles to the rhythm as a tiny white square.
-How to Play-
- WASD to move (or arrow keys if you want i guess)
- Shift, ctrl, or right/left click to dash
- Controller is somewhat supported
- don't die :)

Okay this game is peak bro, I love hard games this is the one. MUSIC is wondefull i also have a Balatro vibe right here. You should update this game sometimes, you have ur first client (that's me) (Im poor, that is metaphor)

I liked this game, and all my feedback is like the others. I actually am a HUGE fan of the CRT shader. If there was a better indication of when a dot would be somewhere, or a line would show up. I would realize I was on a line, and then the moment I realized, I was dead! Great game though!
Man, this game has so much potential, it's like a simplified version of Just Shapes and Beat, but I really couldn't get past the first level. Just change the timing of the dot indicator and lower the CRT resolution a bit because the letters aren't very clear. But just a little. I liked it.

But I appreciate the feedback! I might grind out the last day of the jam and nerf the game a bit for good measure.
I do like and want to try this game but I think the indicators need to last longer. There's not a lot of time to react
Thanks for the feedback! Ya I would admit that the obstacles showed up a tad too fast.
I just updated the game so the obstacles show up on screen for double the time they were before. Hopefully that helps!
